Purcel, Asking about it

Hi everyone ...

Need help from u guys about my purcel that i buy from USA..
Its has arrive in KLIA since 28 april..
Till now STILL didt get it yet...
Already ask many postage company but they didt have it..
Ask custom they said they dont know about it...

When i told to the seller about it ..
He said he cant do anything anymore when it has arrive in malaysia..
