Introduction :
I was looking for an affordable yet powerful portable 3G router since I am constantly on the go. Conventional MiFi products are generally slow in performance and unstable. The only easily available product is from TP-LINK but the drawbacks is the sluggish performance yet unstable interface. Which thankfully I am able to found such amazing product with attractive additional function yet promising performance.
Specification :
It come with just the device and a MicroUSB cable to recharge the battery. No USB wall charger is given.
Design :
It come with a very clean minimal design with blue lining. The size is small and fits in your pocket nicely.
However I found it to be too plasticky or I should say fully build of plastic. Which thankfully it is very solid.
Web interface :
A very clean web interface but it come with advanced features such as port forwarding, URL filtering. 1 UP for a portable router small size like this Image may be NSFW.

Virtual Server port forwarding.
Wireless Performance :
In this test, Hame A100 is compared with a TP-LINK MR3420 3G Router.
Hame A100(running on battery) is placed on top of the TP-LINK MR3420 in the first floor of my house.
Both of them was in N mode, WPA2-Personal AES encryption, 20Mhz and was on the same Channel 11.
They are tested with a Android tool named Wireless Analyzer.
The furthest I can get at the first floor
I can say that Hame WiFi is generally amazing considering the small size and it is battery powered.
It it even stable than the MR3420 which will drop the WiFi connection sometime when using Wireless N. It didn't exist on Hame A100.
Battery Performance :
In a full charge (4 LED) , I am able to stay connected to the internet through 3G with moderate usage for 10 hours and I still got 1 LED there. Heavy browsing while streaming 720p playlist from youtube.
3G Performance :
Test is conducted using Maxis Broadband with Huawei E398 plugged into the modem.

No connection slow downs except a few disconnection.
Amazing modem compatibility, it even able to works with my Huawei E398 which is the latest LTE modem but it refuse to works with Sierra Wireless 320U.
Airplay :
Coming Soon
Portable battery performance :
Charges a Samsung Galaxy Note but I don't think it is a challenge.
What surprise me is the ability to charge iPad 3rd Gen which known as a power beast and only high end power bank able to charge. Image may be NSFW.
