[Review] Streamyx ADSL 8Mbit,

Upgrade progress :
TM internal staff phoned me and ask would I want to upgrade my connection and even have all my info.
I just say yes and upgrade done in a conversation less then 1 minute, I don't even need to sign any document BUT they just forget to activate my port.

I complained around 5PM and technician come the next day to check and some phone call to internal department after an hour 8Mbit port is activated.
Issue is rectified in less than 24 hours after complain.
Note : Complaint to agent is useless, complaint to 100 is very effective

Verdict :
At RM160 per month, Streamyx is great which offer trully unmetered usage unlike some other ISP so-called unlimited but FUP applies, no worries on your usage being capped or throttled.
Highly recommended for users not under Unifi area.
I manage to peak my full ADSL sync rate after ADSL overhead. Good job Streamyx

Advantage :

• Speed is amazing from most international server.
• Stable connection
• Amazing ping for local connection
• Amazing customer service and technical support. Technician sent and everything rectified in <24 hours.
• P2P is not capped

Disadvantage :

• High international ping
